Starting 27th February, the recognised trade unions entered into our third year of pay negotiations with NTU.
Our second meeting was held earlier this week (12th March), where NTU presented their initial pay offer. It is now up to the unions to consider their proposal and present a counter-offer. This is where we need your help! Last week, we sent our members a link to a pay survey. If you have not done so, please take the time to fill in the survey. It will take around 5 minutes but it is really crucial to ensure that what rewards are important to you are presented to NTU and form part of the pay deal. A reminder email will be sent out next week, so please do look out for it.
