We are currently looking for members who may be interested in becoming a UNISON Health & Safety Officer and helping to make our workplace safer, healthier and more supportive for everyone.
This is a rewarding role that gives you the opportunity to represent colleagues, raise concerns, work with management on health and safety matters, and make a real difference to members' working lives. You do not need any previous experience, as full training and ongoing support will be provided by UNISON.
If health, wellbeing and workplace safety are issues you care about, we'd love to hear from you.
We're also looking to fill a number of other UNISON representative roles, so if you'd like to become more involved in the union but aren't sure the Health & Safety Officer role is right for you, please get in touch. We would be happy to discuss the different opportunities available and help you find a role that suits your interests and availability.
Taking on a union role can be a fantastic way to develop new skills, build confidence, meet new people and contribute positively to your workplace.
